PRODUCT ENGINEERING
We support the customer starting from an idea, a 2D-3D drawing or an existing article, offering a co-engineering service, up to making an aesthetic product workable and industrialized.
RAPID PROTOTYPING
We provide the customer with a rapid prototyping service, to have a physical object in the early stages of the project, to be able to make the first assessments on form and functionality.
MOLD PROJECT
We deal entirely with the 3D mold project, providing a technical office with decades of experience gained at the service of nationally and internationally successful companies.
MOLD CONSTRUCTION
Our mold workshop has shaping of latest generation, including high-speed machining centers, for the construction of steel and aluminum molds for thermoplastic molding, carrying out prototype molds and production molds separately.
DIMENSIONAL CHECK
With the micrometric precision optical gauges and 3D scanners in our laboratory, we can: identify and correct dimensional discrepancies between project 3D and printed article, check and correct deformations, provide certified reports to the customer and verify process repetitiveness. Furthermore, we can provide our customers with a reverse engineering service, and therefore reproduce an already printed article or a complex shape that interacts with the product commissioned to us, without supplying 3D drawings.
ASSEMBLY AND POST MOLDING FINISHES
We take care of all post molding processes, ranging from trimming to assembly and from surface treatments to packaging.
PRODUCTION MOLDS
The prototype molds are made with maximum speed for sample productions, and what is most appreciated by our customers, to be able to quickly carry out various tests on different plastic materials. These molds are useful for carrying out tests and mechanical tests on materials, to be able to act with any changes until the perfect functionality of the product is achieved. This service has allowed SP PLAST Creating to work alongside leading companies in the automotive, electrical, automation, orthopedic and fashion sectors. Furthermore, it is perfectly applicable to all projects which, due to their complexity, are exposed to continuous revisions and modifications that would have a significant impact, in terms of time and costs, compared to the final molds.
Production molds are used for the transformation of plastics. The strength of SP PLAST Creating consists in the realization of production molds with different types of steel and aluminum, conceived and sized according to the productions they will have to face or according to the techno-economic needs of the customer.
