DESCRIPTION
Design, development and industrialization of a new type of packaging for the agri-food sector, made of innovative biodegradable material, high performance and totally free of toxic substances.
GOALS
- Study of a biodegradable polymer
- Molding system development
- Development and creation of packaging on specific case studies
- Acquisition of product and process certifications
Results
- Study and development of a capsule made of biodegradable polymer for soluble drink on the “my way” commercial standard
- Development and fine-tuning of the molding system
- Development and creation of packaging on specific case studies (Pods for instant drinks – Flo model – and trays for products in oil)
