SP PLAST Creating Ltd, has been operating in Italy since 1995 as a plastic injection molding company.
Now it can count on 25 employees, a fleet of 30 injection molding machines from 6 to 400 tons, a workshop with 4 centers for mold making machines, pad printing and high frequency welding, to offer a full, quick and high quality service.
We are also an engineering company, able to deliver over the finished product, even consulting and engineering services from the earliest stages of design - with specific experience in the design and testing of the molds - offering as well a rapid prototyping for the first phases of projects development.
SP PLAST Creating Ltd produces plastic items for a lot of sectors: automotive, medical, furniture, household items, hygiene and health, sport, equestrian, automation, electronics, footwear.
We also offer mold and materials testing, gas injection applications, two-color molding and microinjection.
SP PLAST Creating Ltd is the owner of the NSG patent, a gel with excellent elasticity, included in catalogs of Material Connexion and used in design and ergonomic applications. We collaborate with universities (Turin, Milan, Palermo, Pavia) and research laboratories (ERGOVISION).
